That BE would need to take the quest himself to get the schematics - so you need to find a Master Medic / BE 0004 at least.

Because of some changes with CU its not longer possible just to solve the village quest only with master medic and master doc. So i am looking for an Bioengineer who has access to the village on Server Gorath and could spend some time to help me unlocking this phase quest ( helping the villagers with internal bleeding and so on)
