We all know Active Tranqs are hard to make because they require milk, but I have several made. Now since they are nerfing(?) creature Handlers and doing away with the ferocious and taming mods, what will happen with our Active Tranqs? This is important because these things are so valuable a commodity.

My guess is that the tissues will still give bonuses to 'Taming'. This means, it will make it easier/faster/more safe for a CH to 'tame' a difficult creature. I don't have a toon on test center though, so my guess is as good as yours.

This is correct. With those tissues you'll have a lower chances of failing to tame a creature that is within your level range to tame. This is still handy, espcecially if you're going after the higher level stuff
