Bio Engineer Archive

I am CH 1/1/0/0 and supposedly cannot tame anyhting higher than lev 16. However, i made a lev 39 gurreck and lev 40 jax and tamed them both. i can also call a level 47 graul that someone else tamed and xfered to me. now i know they are all at level 1, but i also made a kimo that is level 40, yet cannot tame that. any insight as to why this is?
