Quality does not seem to be very important either. If you get 15% (maybe less), youcan experiment it up to +13 or better. +13 is a good number for tissues since a Tailor has to stack to tissues to make a +25. So why bother getting a +18? Makes no sense when 2 +13's will do the same thing. So, quality does not matter too much.
BTW - Withe very good resources and perfect assembly/experimentation, the best I have done is +18. If a +25 is possible with one tissue, then everything I stated above is false ![]()
