Thread: BE Components in Armor? Yes, this question again

A friend was buying some ubese armor from a smith and he asked him if he wanted BE skill mods in it, because the Ubese uses RFP's or Synth Cloth



Does this work? Am I missing a whole market here? Or was this what was fixed before?
