Reading from a bunch of posts and putting everything together here is what I can figure out about what will happen to our products.
Tailor Tissues - They exist still yet do nothing. Mods still show up but they won't do anything for you. Also none of the new professions make them. I wouldn't bother making a bunch in the last few days.
Chef Tissues - They are still needed to make food additives by domestic traders, however none of the new professions can make them. Completed additives still enhance food. Also meat isn't readially harvestable, so they may very will not be giving any profession the ability to make these. Maybe tissues will be added in down the road or additives removed completely. No idea yet. I suggest using up all your resources now and make as many as possible. Maybe the last chance to do so.
Stims - They still work. NPCs sell themand Officers can get them for free. Haven't heard if old crafted stims are better or worse than the free ones. I am personally using up the last of my med resources making all the stims I can. They will still have some value if they are at least as good as the ones NPCs hand out. If they end up being better they could have a lot of value.
Med Enhancers - These do nothing. If you like the art work on these for decorating a house, keep a few around. They will otherwise be useless.
Pet Deeds - I've heard these will stay as decorations and nothing more. These won't be craftable, so if you want any, best to make them. May be worth something down the road.

Thanks for the input.
I'll be making some chef tissues and stims.
I hope they don't turn out like my AS stuff did during the last CU oh sooo long ago.
(fyi: all stats on the AS components I have are zero. still don't have the heart to delete them thou)
