Seriously, it's very rare right now. It's been reported as rare drops from npc's, trash piles on Talus and containers in the warren as well as other locations.

The most common place for milk i have found is Kitty City. It is someplace on Talus, dont have the loc handy. There are 3 debris piles there and they respaw items inside them every 15 min or so. So far I am up to 10 milk in 3 days of hunting and searching no place but there.

25 milk to make one item :-/ Not sure if it is really worth it, but will make one item to see how it sells

I think there is a placeon any planetwhere is veeeeeery easy to get milk, but i don't know where it is (no joke). Yesterday i bought 8k of milk and a week ago 1k, probably someone just discovered milk-Eldorado
