I have a new char in bio and a friend has asked me to make her confidence cloth. I've tried a chem / food factory and the schematic would not load, and I've tried a wearables factory and the same thing happened.

What do I do?

Try redeeding and replacing the food/chem factory.

Food/chem factories placed *before* the big patch when they fixed factories/tissues didn't get fixed automatically.

Does that mean that all bio stuff gets made in a food / chem factory?

Everything except pets.

Food/chem is used for all tissues and stims/vit packs, as well as the components you need for the stims.

Okay...what about pets - can we make them by the crate?

To make things in factories, everything that's a component has to be crated or a stackable resource. You can't crate DNA. It's not a stackable resource. So no, you can't create crates of clones.
