Hello,
Is it possible instead of trying to tame a creature, like the brackaset, to just have bio-engineer make one? So far, I do not have the skills to tame one yet but it would be nice to get a brackaset. Please let me know if this is possible.

Not yet, but soon, I hope. We should be able to lower the cl.
