BE tissue cannot be combined with synthetic cloth, only Reinforced Fiber Panel.
Very little can be made with Reinforced Fiber Panels.
Regardless, no stats on panels or clothing...doesn't if tissue is prenerf or post hotfix.
Thanks a ton for this fix. I've made a pile of cash off non-BE clothing over the last 3 months.

Its not that you cant add tissue to syn cloth. The nerfed it or so it seems. I did some testing. I have a master BE with a Master Tailor alt. I made some different tissue and tried to put it in the cloth. I was able to put healing tissue in the syn cloth. Not whatI want in there, I want my defense stuff in it. Hopefully its just a bug..

Certain tissues can only be placed in Synthetic Cloth, while other tissues can only be placed in Reinforced Panels. At least, that was they way it was last fall when I played a tailor. Check out the following from the Tailoring Website:
