what is the max level of a pet a BE can make that is usable by a CH, and these high level pets i made are they no good to anyone?

Maximum level of pets that a CH can tame and train is CL70 anything over that level is just good for resampling.

kind of funny how i can make creatures to high level for the master creature handler prof, hope they fix that

Nothing to fix, it's suposed to be like that, the way it works is you can make say a cl75 rancor, then take dna samples fromthe pet in your pack, put the samples from these togther and make a lower CL version of the CL75 with stats scaled down by level, it's called generation creation, it's a good but sometimes tricky way of maximizing the stats for level on a crafted pet.
