for one, you may be able to find one on the bazaar, but tbh any nutrients worth using are likely to be in at LEAST a crate. See if you can find a small time BE (Theres prob a lot of docs who used to craft buffs who have just moved into be, so they may be a good place to start).
Failing that, perhaps you need to buy a crate of them...

You get them from BioEngineers.
THe most common type is Micronutrients.
Then taking the Light Food Additive you add water and make em useful

What is this and where do I get it? I can't craft it. Please help me out. Is it even needed?

Is it even needed?-----> not really, but it will increase certain stats to your food. Some I believe lower filling, increase stats, increase time. A ggod place to go is www.swgresource.com and look at (can't remember right now). Look for something that is profession related in the left hand column about quarter of the page down from the top.

Well im going chef on ahazi and noticed I need light food bio compnets for everything really. Not wanting to go BE and not having much luck finding a BE to friend up with for my orders im turning here. What eles can I do?

If you can't pick up BE yourself (most of us don't really want to anyway), and you can't find a BE on your server who can either make them for you, or make you schematics from the resources you provide, then you'll just have to forego using additives. There aren't really any other options.
However, if you're dead set on using additives (most of us are), your best bet is to try finding a BE on your trade forums, or do a bazaar search for someone selling medical supplies/stims/etc. who will likely be a BE. You don't have to finagle a BE into being your friend, just do occasional business with one another and call it a day.
