Thread: Guys, whats up? A greeting from a BH
Out of all the professions in the game, I have no clue what you do, except youre needed to blow bases.
If it isnt a bother, are there 12pt Bio engineers? Or can I just grab all the resources i need for enhancers?
cheers

You sure you got the right forum? This is the Bio-Engineer forum, not the combat medic forum.
Hopefully, the above was a typo. In which case, yes there are 12pt BEs. For med crafting, I find that it is not nearly as useful as it used to be (pre-CU doc). You will not get any more power out of your stims or enhancers because you are a 12 point crafter. You will get a few extra charges in your meds (perhaps dozens in the case of enhancers), but that simply isnt worth losing any sleep over (in my opinion).
If you are still interested in becoming a 12point BE, you need to find medical experimentation tapes to get there. The Combat Medicine Experimentation tapes are not applicable to the BE profession (much to the displeasure of several of the regular posters on this board).

I believe he is posting in reference to enhancers used by CMs. Do the enhancers actually give a heal bonus since the last pub? With all the BH/CMs running around, I figured these would be good sellers, but never see any on vendors...

I get brisk sales of Bacta Toss, Bacta Spray, and Deuterium Toss enhancers (Neurotoxins arent too bad either).
I cannot tell you if they make any difference at all since I am not a combat medic. All I know is that I am slowly seeing some repeat business, so I can only assume that they are seeing some benefit in them...
You can grab all the resources you need for enhancers. The list ain't pretty. To name a few,
CL2 Liquid Petro FuelBTW, whose great idea was it to make a Lightsaber resource (titanium aluminum) a requirement for a medical subcomponent?
Yavinian Fiberplast
Eleton Reactive Gas
Titanium Aluminum
Tolium Reactive Gas
CL1 Radioactive
Dolovite Iron
Talusian Scaley Hide
Avian Meat
Insect Meat

Titanium is used in other things as well. LS never decay thanks to the ADKs and don't use much as it. This isn't an issue.
12 points makes a huge difference in the number of charges. This adds a lot of value to the meds, which are very costly to make.
I make CM enhancers all at or over 1200 effectiveness. Mind you I am using resources saved from 2 years of collecting and thus am charging no less than 60k per enhancer and as high as 100k per it's a good thing they all have over 200 charges otherwise I would say forget it.
Flurry has been good to me thus far.
