I was crafting a schematic today for Tensile Resistance and I noticed something odd.
I know I had made a single tissue for a custom order job yesterday and got a +4/+18 tissue so I was kind of suprise that when I maxed out my experiment (actually had 1 point left) at 88% effectiveness that the tissue was only +4/+17, I was using the exact same resources so I thought this was very odd.
So I decided to try again, this time I got up to 87% on the first 2 experments and had 1 point left over but there was room for me to spend it - so I did and got to 88% effectiveness but the tissue was +4/+18
Anyone else noticed this strange behavior?

I did some math and 88% of 20 is 17.6...perhaps that explains it - I always assumed the system rounded down but if there is a chance that it could round up then it would be interesting to see if I could just push the experimentation to 92% and maybe get +5 melee defense...

The 5 melee defense only kicks in when you get stun defense to 20

Melee defense = Stun defense DIV 4

I've noticed sometimes I have an initial 3-4% bonus on the starting %. Happens about once a month and lets me make a fine run of +19 tissues with crappy resources. Love it everytime.
