the only way us BEs are going to get any kind of attach now seeing as our Cosp. is missing, it to start yelling, the CSR and DEVs have made it quite obvuiess its the only way to get something done, i cant count how many times a csr told me "sorry i cant get your items back, we have no way of knowing what you lost, or if you even did" and i yelled for 10mins, then got them...

im not saying we should start spamming, but we are going to need to be more agressive, might even think about striking to some degree
