Thread: Petstims

Were you using Master Doc made sub compoonents?
That would be the problem, I recruited the doctors to use my own resources and told them to maximise power on all of the components. Wish I had know this before I wasted hundreds of thousands of credit worth organics making them though. So I assume there is some kind of cap on power depending on the stim created? I have never seen a petstim C over 1200. So it would be useful to know exactly how the components add up in the final stimto know when to stop experimenting the components on power. Now scouring the doctor threads on any relevant formulae.
Thanks for the replies,

What were the stats on your med components (ALS, ABEC, ACRDM/CRDM)
All components made by a 12Point Master Doctor (ABEC all points put into Charges first, remainder in power)
From what I am told all successes were either great or amazing on the components.
- ALS - 171p (Dan Berries - 600+OQ/900+PE, Talus Water OQ960+)
- ABEC - 21c/10p (Lok Wild Wheat OQ800+/PE300+, Tatooine Fiberplast OQ700+/UT900+)
- CRDM - 19p (Veg Greens: OQ950+, PE900+/Fiberplast: OQ900+)
- Pet Stim C - 36/1141 (Dant Insect: 800+/900+/500+, Fiberplast: OQ900+/UT990+)
I never use ACRDM cause the power is 1:1 and C4/Herb is much too difficultto findfor the 40 point increase in power.
Great Success -35/696 (Can't remember the exact number in power but it was high 600s)
Experiment 9 points in power (That's the max Iwas able todo.)
Great Success - 35/1141
Experiment 1 point in charges
Amazing Success - 36/1141.
The first mistake was the ABEC, always have the doctor max out charges before even worrying about power. Remember ABECs are 1:1 on power and charges. If I get a 21c/10p ABEC and my end charges are 36 then my end charges on a 10c/31p ABEC are going to be 25. Personally I'd rather have the extra 11 charges then the extra 21 power.
Second, where did you put your experimentation when making the pet stims? You should be maxing out power before you even thinking of putting anything into charges, let your ABEChandlethe additional charges and let your experimentation and ALS deal with the power. As for the ACRDM, like I said, don't bother with them. The hastle of getting the resources way more then outweighs the 30 or 40 points of power you will get from them over the standard CRDM.
Good luck man.
I can't seem to connect to the server right now, but from memory:
ALS- 162 pwr
ABEC- 31 pwr
ACRDM- 58 pwr
So supposedly my petstims would have been highly above average in terms of healing power, these are good components allexperimented by master docs with great successes. I know the ALS was only inhibited by the 844OQ talusian water, the dant berries were 888 PE/971 OQ. The ACRDM was above average with 910 oq class 4 liquidpetro, and 800oq/300pe lokian herbivore meat. ABEC was using 900 OQ/700 UTtatooine fiberplast and 730 OQ/350 PE lokian wheat. And I searched and searched in the doc forums but didn't see anything that calculates the components stats into the final stim quality.

I just made a few 1174/29's
-ALS - 150p
- ABEC - 16/13
- CRDM - 52p
I believe I used 998/512 fiberplast
and the insect was 900+/900+
(if I remember corectly)
In the medical sub-components, UT determines charges (possibly DR with the water) and the OQ/PE the final heal amount.
Hope this helps
