Thread: 5 Reclusive Cavern Spider Queen samples... now what?
Whats the point of using 2. gen dna from that kimogila?
The kinetic resistance is too low to use on any Health or action slot. Maybe in agreasion to get the dmg but the the special attack is not actualy great for that?
Enlighten me
________
Anyway to subject :
Scared of a CF but still want a über high CL pet?
Mix the dna with :
slinking voritor hunter - Takes time but not imposibal to find
bark mite burrower queen - easy to find
king merek harvester - have a special static spawn on endor
frenzied graul - hard to find.
Now if it was my dna, i would try a
Reclusive spider - BMBQ (High ham ) - BMBQ (high mind ) - BMBQ or frenzied graul - Frenzied graul ( a bit more dmg) .
Now you can also choose to use another reclusive , makes it look like this :
Reclusive spider - Reclusive spider - BMBQ (high mind ) - BMBQ or frenzied graul - Frenzied graul ( a bit more dmg)
Now what am i thinking when i say this?
Well , for one thing, the kin have to be 60% . The reclusive spider have 60% and so do the BMBQ, the graul have 65% , the graul should insure that the pet come out very close to a 60% kinetic. The pet should not have any vuln, this is a bid more tricky, but have a look :
The BMBQ have vuln to Blast and cold, we forget about cold. But blast is a problem.
The Frenzied graul have vuln to elec.
But the frenzied graul also have a 90% blast resistance, and the reclusive got 60%, that should solve the blast issue.
The BMBQ have 80% elec and the reclusive got 20% , so this problem should be solved aswell..
Now cold is a problem, the graul have 90% cold resist, but the reclusive only have 20%, the stat will most likely not be vuln, but it wont be good .
- I would like to make it clear that i have not done any calculations on this, statments is based on my knowledge, and i have never tried to make this combination my self, as i mainly focus on very good low cl pets...
I would mix all five in a single pet.
When your experimenting look at the general trend of numbers, are they in the 600's? Then its likely you'll get a 60ish pet.
If you start pushing multiple stats over 700 you begin to risk an over 70 pet.
You can pretty much estimate what your pet will be, justby examining the general values of the dna as your experimenting. Obviously its a rough estimate as resists also play a part, but something is better than nothing.
If you've gone to all the trouble of getting the dna don't water it down, keep the 60% kinetic and energy resists.
The recipe I use mainly is:
RCS Queen / RCS Queen / Gaping Spider Queen / Gaping Spider Queen / RCS Queen
This gives a mid 60's level pet, highest I've had with all high health samples is CL68 with 13k health, that's with 10 exp points and no failsmade in a research centre without crafting food.
I've used BMB Queen in slot 3 before, but that resulted in a 59% energy pet.
If you want a CL70 then use 4 samples, keep your finger's crossed and be careful how much you experiment, and write down all the figures as a guide for the next time. ![]()
Resists on the CL70 were 99% same as the wild version.
Special Protection = 60% kinetic, energyand heat with 50% blast
Effectiveness = 21% elec, cold, acid, stun, restraint.
