Bio Engineer Archive

With one of the biggest additions to the galaxies (mounts) coming soon, why must Bio-Engineers have such a pitifully minor role when in fact, we SHOULD be playing a much larger one.

Going by what the TC Patch Notes said and not hearing a thing about this, we will not have the ability to lower final CL by the time mounts hit live....however, the developers are making lowered CL versions of all the mountable creatures to satisfy the mass demand for mounts and an available variety, so everyone isn't galloping in a herd of chickens or ducks.

Why are we not at least getting the CL change ability when the mounts go live? Why can't the Bio-Engineers meet this demand and why must we sit on the sidelines while all the CH's have mounts moving from datapad to customer like an assembly line?

In either fashion, taming and bio-engineered, the pets will need some time to grow. Why in the heck would a CH buy cloned pets for a price instead of just taming them for nothing? Lower level CH's can tame for the xp and take the pet to a MCH or Emp4CH and pay a smaller mount just to get the mount training. Then they can sell their pets and earn much more profit instead of paying for the clone. Considering the amount of CH's in the total game population, I expect to see this as the norm as opposed to being an exception.

From my view in the cheap seats, it's just looks like another example where the Bio-Engineering Class is just merely an afterthought and remains with a low priority in the job queue.

P.S. - I came for the clones and all I got was this Veterinary Badge. Fix the clones please OR at least get some communication from the person working on it..or was working on it, but got moved to mounts instead and just made a bunch of CL10 versions of creatures...grr

(shh.... nobody tell MasterRondo that by the time we can lower the CL of clones next publishvehicles will come out and mounts will be old news... -_-)

that last post was very cynical.

i do enjoy playing the game, but the customer service has to be improved. to announce a fix for something at a certain point in time and thenfail todeliver it without so much as a warning is just not acceptable. not at all.
