Secrete Research Dats? Where can i find this? or how can i make it?

I'm gonna cry... I really am - I cant take any more of this!
CAN WE PLEASE GET A STICKY!
The official answer from TH is that there *may* be 1 or 2 really rare items in game that go into this slot however the devs will be working on developing the slot in the future.
What does this mean for us? Well if anyone has found these 1 or 2 pieces of rare secret data, they're not sharing where they got it. Most of us jaded cynics believe it isnt actually in the game and as usual TH is flying by the seat of his pants, to put it politely.
The best bet would probably be to stop looking for it as I doubt it will have much effect until this new slot is fully 'developed'
