I was wondering if Decay resistance matters when creating meds or if it's just OQ and PE that are important.
Also, can we used Advanced components in them such as Advanced Liquid suspensions?

DR does not matter when it comes to Pet Stims, or any BE craftable for that matter.
For Pet Stims (OQ/PE) for the organic component, (OQ/UT) for the chemical component.
For Tissues it's all (OQ/PE/FL)
And yes you can use advanced components, although I would suggest not using the ACRDM because it's bonus is a 1:1 power adjustment. I.E. If your Stim was Power 900 with an ACRDM of p58, you would get 860 with a p18 CRDM. The same goes for the power part of the ABEC, it's 1:1, so I would suggest putting all your experimentation into charges.
