Hey,
Do you know where I can find a list of animals that can be tamed/used by a NON CH?

Non-CH's cannot tame. You must have novice creature handler to tame anything.

Only CH's can tame creatures, but non CH's can use any creature under cl10 (must be trained by CH).

Only CHs can tame wild creatures... however, anyone can tame a BE creature from a deed. You will still need a CH to train the creature for you. Non-ch can use any pet that is under CL10 that is NOT an aggressive skin (creature). There is a list in the BE Faq thread up top that shows which BE skinsare and are notaggressive.
