Keep at it and don't get sidetracked?
Seriously, the crafting part is pretty straightforward. Craft Micro Nutrient Supplements up to Tissues III, then switch over to Broad Spectrum Nutrients for the rest. (It's in the FAQ, btw)
DNA sampling? Go out and sample everything you come across. I did Piket Plains Walkers for DNA Sampling IV - 370exp per sample.
