I've been looking around on Eclipse for a good source of tissue in crates to make enhanced clothing but I'm just getting started so I have no idea what is a fair price to pay for them. Could someone give me some isight?

Unfortunately it varies according to server so I'm unable to help much. But, I don't want you to feel ignored. I sell mine for roughly 4k per tissue. Others 100-500 per bonus stat (going off the highest bonus and never adding 2 bonuses together). Some go for 100 per stat + 1000. Others still price at 1-5k flat rate (like me at 4).
