Hiya's,

My husband is working to become a Bio-Eng to help me out My secondary skill is creature handler. I have read alot about the bio-eng and i understand that many things are not working as intended and that with some hope they will all be resolved soon.

My question is, do you have any advice as to what he should be doing for the grind portion of Bio-Eng? We already have him almost to DNA sampling 2 and have been using the samples to make throw away critters but i figured there must be another way of grinding the crafting portion with out using up dna samples.

Any suggestions?

Critters still seem like the best option, though they don't give the same amount of xp that they used to. Tissues don't work yet so that would just be a throw away venture. Maybe you should try to get your hands on a factory and make pet stims or vitality packs. The factory is for the components. At least you won't have any trouble selling those. Right now, that's the best way for a BE to support a CH anyway. And if you get a factory, consider making a few crates of bofa treats. They're not really cost effective to sell because the factory eats the extra charges on each treat, but they're handy if you get sick of foraging food for your pets.

Im currently a Master Bio Engineer and im debating on going Droid engineer, this is not because I got a holocron or because im trying to get my fscs. Actually Ive always thought DE looks fun, I know DE has some bugs, but I heard you guys are getting some great changes soon. What does everyone think? IS it worth the change?

I love being a DE, it's the only profession I'd not consider dropping to try another.

It's FUN to build droids. It's FUN to see folks buy them.

You can't go wrong being a DE
