I'm about to drop CH down to 36 total pet levels, and would like to have 2 BE'd pets adding to this level (e.g. 18x2, 20+16, etc.) and 1 BE'd pet right at or below this level. Do the following requirements seem possible given the fixed system, and can anyone give possible ideas on DNA combos from their experience?

I basically want the two low level pets for PvE tanks, so light armor, good HAM and kinetic resists, and then dump everything else as low as possible (e.g. 50 damage, specials not necessary) to cut back CL.

The higher level pet would bePvE and occasionalPvP, so light armor, near maximum kinetic, electricity, and heat resists (vs. BH's and commandos), and good/working specials (KD, strong poison, blind). This would be the level 36 or below pet.

I really like the narglatch skin, but the kaadu seem to run just as fast in combat. So the question here is, does the skin affect the final CL?
