First let me preface this by saming I am a Novice BE (0011), and have a friend who is only slightly more experienced (I think he is 3142). We were comparing notes though, and trying to figure out the differences between the creature types. If you put a similar generic template into, say a Piket and a Durni, what comes out the other end.

Unfortunatly we were somewhat limited in time and capacity, but it seemed from our experiments that the type of creature made very very little difference in the end stats (minus the min. CL on the piket). Has anyone messed with high end similar templates on different types to see what the difference is, and willing to share? I "assume" that the higher body types have higher maxes, or perhaps some kind of multiplier, but in my limited testing I have not seen any such data.

Basiclly, is there a real reason to use the higher level body types, other than to look different?

It's all look, style, skin AI and skin speed. The dna is what gives a creature it's HAM, damage and resists.
