Thread: IS a +5 melee Defense able to be done?

I'm not sure if +15 is possible. I've gotten stundef up to +18 and the melee def was still +4

it would seem that 100% would be (+5/+20), but ive never gotten that.

Best I can get is +4 for the melee defense/stun tissue, is this the max or anyone able to do +5?
