Stole this stuff form Allakhazam. Don't know if you can "specialize" in multiple things. I would assume not, or then it wouldn't be a specialization. The research special gives a 15% improvement to experimentation. Clone Lab doesn't help us, only lowers cost of cloning insurance. Improved job market gives better mission payouts. Manufacturing center improves production of prototypes. Entertainment improves entertainment healing rate. Stronghold gives militia members +50 on defensive dice rolls, whatever that means.

its gonna be interesting to see whether or not they make BE's have anything to do with player cloning centers (required BEcomponent to make themor somethng). heres hoping.

Saw the politician skill tree on stratics. You get to have two specializations at master. I doubt we'll have anything to do with the cloning facility, at least not in the near future. I like the research thing though. Who wouldn't want a boost on experimentation?
