I'm working on BE for the first time. I just got sampling 3 yesterday. While I was sampling away, I ran into quite a few (about 20) with a dependability of 1000 and saved them. Are they actually worth saving? The other stats are utter crap on some of these, some even in single digits.

nobody actually knows what exactly dependability does. Some speculate that it makes the animals easier to train, or makes them run away less, but that's speculation and hasn't really been proven. Personally, I'd toss em. There are more important stats to worry about, and you always have the opportunity to experiment on psychology, thus raising dependability.
