Ok so heres my dilemma. I definately want to go master commando but i do not know what to pair it up with. At first i plan to mess around with some Smuggler skills just for a chance to break away from grindingcombat xpto take a break and do a little slice and spice. But eventually i will want to drop most of my Smuggler skills (except underworld 1 for the FP discount).

Does anyone have an opinion on what i should take up?

Pistoleer: This is my orignal thought. The defence and pistol mods would be very useful with the launcher pistol.

Carabineer(or however u spell it): nahhhhh havent heard many good things bout them

Rifleman: I am leaning towards this... being that the commando is expertly skilled in close combat (16m flameage) i would THINK that rifleman would be the best complement to maybe throw a (sniper) tag under your name, have ppl rush the sniper... then break out the flamethrower.

TKA: havent really thought about it but its an option

Anyways... if anybody has any suggestions pls let me know.

Also-forgot to mention this, my brother plays too and we usually log together. He is going commando as well. Should we branch off to different alternative professions to compliment each others skills?

I'm just throwing this in as another option. I've heard that a Master Commando/Creature Handler wielding a Graul Mauler is a pretty scary sight. But this is just what i've heard. Might consider that combo, even though you can't master CH.

I'm going the opposite route. I'm mastering CH and getting Flame IV.

well, personaly for me i love going on big game hunts with groups all the time, and what i have been working on in the last week or so is getting to doctor. Even one needs a doctor and u can get killer buffs also.

Anyway what ever u pick good luck =)

Woah, don't know what happened there, but anyways, Hi. I'm interested in getting a BE pet, and was just wondering what the typical stats on a good non-ch pet would be. Also, about how much would these cost? I'd like to get the best pet possible, so I can have something to tank for me that is actually worthwhile. Thanks in advance.

depends depends depends =)

depends if you're ch or not, nonch can only use level 10 and under

depends what you're using it for...for tanking you just want high health and high kinetic resists with stun/intim if you're not a brawler or stun/blind if you are. Dizzy/cripple works well against NPCs too, but most pets dont do as well against swarms of NPCs as they do tanking creatures.

price depends on server economics and how much effort is involved in getting your pet made.

The "best" stats for a nonCH tank petare probably in the 11k/9k/8k range for HAM with damage in the upper 100's and 60% Kinetic resist. However, not all BEs are willing to make these multi-gen pets. The best one-gen pets, what many consider legit, will be more like the 5k/4k/3k range with maybe 20% max kin and damage below 100.
