Should i buy some extractors and start getting some materials like metal, chemicals or flora? if yes how much of these should i get? And how much artiasan will i need to survey to find these materials?

If you're planning on doing Bio-engineer seriously read the faq and visit swgcreatures.com with the forum and guides there. There is a tremendous amount of info there and you'll need all of it.

If you're grinding for your fs slot, the faq has a grinding section which gives you amacro, what and how much resources needed and some tips for dna sampling right at the start.

And yes, rifleman is the most efficient overpowered damage dealer at the moment, just don't try fighting jedi.
