Thread: DNA Template schematics why won't they work?

I made a schematic for a DNA template, bought a Food and Chemical factory and tried to use the schematic. The factory won't accept it. Seems like it should.

First off..Ive never tried to use a DNA schematic in a factory..so I may be wrong here
but each schematic requires ingredients of with a certain ID number. as every crafted generic DNA has individual ID numbers then I don't see how a factory can work with DNA

Exactly....thats why the DNA samples wont stack. They all have different ID tags. If you pull 3 samples from the same creature, they are different.

As far as anyone knows you will never get a DNA sample with the same ID tag no matter how many times you sample something so DNA scehmatics=useless
