Thread: Pyrollian cake and nutrients

well since pyrollian cake has been fixed for be (it has, right?) giving us a way to improve our experimental successes, does anyone know from personal experience whether more amazing successes can boost a nutrient schematic to an 88 where it might only be 87 otherwise? Or is the maximum hard-coded into resource quality, and amazing successes will only let you get to the cap faster?

You have your foods/bevs mixed ... pyollian cake is for assembly, bespin is for experimentation.

From my personal experience bespin works great. I get more amazings. You are still capped at the resource max, but it saves you experimentation blocks that can be used elsewhere to improve the product.

bah - I max all the product I make at base skill points except for enourmous pets which I usually don't experiment on to keep the cl down .... it would be nice tro have to make a few decisions like other crafting professions do

Not valid for BE, as was said, but ty anyway...


thereis a slight possibility of higher than normal values on assembly, but apparently it's random (not related to any kind of buff)

I don't see the point of any of these foods, since I am ALWAYS able to get max stats, unless I get 2 failures in a single experimentation try. Usually, I have several experimentation points left over too. It would be nice if you got to use all your experimentation points regardless, with a risk of damaging your final product, but also a chance of pushing the item up another point, etc.

I was kinda thinking more along the lines of getting an amazing success on the last block, and bumping it up the extra point before it locks out further experimentation, but it looks like the max is hard coded into quality.....an amazing success will still add only 1% where it might add 8% usually, if theres just 1% left to go
