Thread: BE questions

I just tried to post a question and the &(*&%$^ boards crapped out. I hate that...

I successfully made some enhanced camos using regular syn cloth in which I removed the syn cloth from the cratefirst, the RFP was not factory made, I made it by hand. The enhancement worked.

I tried making some padded workpants the same way but it didn't work.

Now, since I spent a small fortune on the bio stuff, I need to know if double clicking the enhanced factory crates will work, or do I need to remove these manually first????

I don't want to waste my BE cloths, so any input on how to put the clothing together, would be nice. Like do you remove them first, do they go in a certain order when you put them in the slots? They are so buggy, I just need to know HOW to put them together so they come out each time with the enhancements. Right now, it doesn't seem very consistant.

The only difference on the padded workpants... was that I added the RFP first but then took it out, added the others then added the RFP back in. Don't know why that would mess it up but it must have because all the other steps were the same as in the camos.

Also need to know when I make a heavy reinforced jacket, do I need to remove the RFP with the enhancement BEFORE making the item? Or can I double click the crate? Do I add the enhanced items LAST?

thanks

You have to get them out manually beforehand if the crates were made before the patch. Not sure how it works if they were made after but the same thing works anyway.

Please can you just make a small search before asking something? the answer is in 4 different threads already.

I never remove the cloth from the crate before i craft and have no problem. On some items u will have problems if it calls for say 2 slots of 2 syn cloth. If you put bio enhance syn cloth in one slot , and normal syn cloth in the other slot on alot of items it will not work.

Hey everyone recently I mastered chef and another class which will remain nameless cause it just sucks Anyways I like many other chefs made the mistake of not going BE so that I could make my own additives cause I can barely ever find any that are reasonably priced sooooo I wanted to become a BE and drop what I had before.

1) Is BE a hard grind ? Chef was easy during double xp week

2) What gives the most exp when grinding ?

3) Is there anything I should know when becoming a BE ?

Thanks to any who respond

Pre-CU the hardest part to grind was DnA, and tbh that's not too hard, just takes time.

2) What gives the most exp when grinding ?

Atm no-one really knows, the proffession has changed so much post-cu that even those who have been BE's sionce the start are feeling like newbies, we're all having to learn again from scratch

3) Is there anything I should know when becoming a BE ?

Yes it's full of bugs and nothing works, hehe just kidding, there's a lot of problems with BE atm, things like none of the tailor tissues working fullstop, no special attacks or ranged for pets, bugged stats on dna samples, so anything you learn atm might change when they fix things, so be prepared to learn and relearn the proffession again, it's very frustrating at the moment but when they fix it i may resub my BE and try again, but as for now i'm taking time out from BE myself.

Thanks to any who respond

If you wantt o work out your template, then go to the Bloodfin Network, click on the downloads button then download the skill calculator from there, it is a great tool for working out waht your template can and can't be.
