Is engineering pets really that difficult, i see alot of differant results, even with the same stats or CL.

I've then looking around on Eclipse for a level 70 Gurreck or other cat skin, and all i can find that are near that level is no better then a wild gurreck which is only level 50 or other BE pets aroung level 20 to 35, HAM, Resists, armor and special attack seem to be at the same level.

So my question is: is it possible to make a level 70 pet that will be better worth it's level ?

The closest i've seen yet is a level 63 bearded jax with 11k HAM, Light armor,45% Kinetic and Energy, 60% Electicity, Stun,

Blast and Dizzy attack, thats too close to my level 19 gurreck with 10k HAM, no armor 60% Kinetic, 55% Energy, 25% rest of resist, Strong Poison and Stun attacks.

i'm very happy with my Gurreck, but the bearded jax seems to be very subpar.

If any BEs from Eclipse that reads this, then i'm in the marked for a new pet

One thing to keep in mind with the BE system (as it currently stands) is that CL doesn't have that much bearing on the "worth" of a creature.

You can have a mid level creature with great stats and a high level one thats "junk", so buy based on the stats, not the CL...

In addition to what Meroc said, there's the situation that 2 CL 35 BE pets are more worthwhile than a CL 70. The 2 35's together will have almost 2x the ham and pretty close to the same lvl of resists, and more damage.

For the most part CL 70's are more of a status symbol since, for real combat effectiveness, 2 35's are much better.

Kin 30%

Eng 30%

Heat 50%

Cld 50%

Acd 50%

Dam 400-500

If you can't find a BE on your server that can make a better pet then that, then you need to talk to one and point them to the boards here. There are plenty of recipies floating around they could use.

Or just tell them to make you a pet with 5 Bark Mite Burrower Queen samples. That should cover it.
