Thread: Hey guys what should I be sampling at level 2?

Trying to make a decent batch of pets maybe make a few bucks in this profession. What can I sample at level 2 thats gonna give up a decent quality sample? Anyobody, your help is appreciated. Also if any of you on Scylla need a pet let me know I'll try and work on it in the next week or so. Thanks in advance for your help as always.

Hunt Pickets on Dantoon. You get about 320 for regular pickets and if you find long horns they worth about 420 per sample. Im 0-0-2-0 right now and I got about 25k toward sample 3 in like an hour. Also I can get above average picket samples that have crippling hit and dizzy, pretty nice i think. Good luck

Hey thanks man thats exactly what I was looking for. I am at 4-4-2-3 and trying to finish up by crafting some decent animals for people to use. Lately all the little animals I have been sampling have been giving me horrible quality samples, this is from Naboo and Correllia anyways. So I was just looking for somehting to get me into level 3 so I can at least go after some harder samples. If anyone has any requests I will do my best to fulfill your needs, that goes for tailors, chefs anyone willing to pay hit me up in game. The Pikets can give you good XP but i found that i had to sample them like 10 times to get one sample at level 2 , so i headed to Tat where the creatures are more dense , pulled dune bantha missions and got 170 sampling but the pull ration is alot better , normally everytime you can get one. I did that until i learned sampling 3 and then it was straight to Lok for me , elder snorbles and gurks , give great xp , like 300-400 , i finished samplingin less than one day.

i'd pick non pack animals pikets (and all there variations ie bolle bol) are all pack animals, i believe bolmas on dath dont pack unless you agro the Alpha, so start with him get him out of the way the rest should be easy pickins

I was sampling Rontos, Dewbacks and Banthas last night. And I didn't fail that much at all. They gave me good xp.

Thanks guys well on myway to level 3 now and having some fun. I actually found that arachne drones and hatchlings give some decent samples and good exp on Endor. Although I managed to luck out last night and even got some Merek Harvestors which conned yellow to me. Thanks for all the input!
