Hi everyone im a 0/0/0/1ch and i wanted to know whats the best lvl 14( or 13 ) pet you guys can make and if your on lowca just tell me your name and ill mail you in game . ( by the way whats the average price )

There is no "best" pet any more. We can do quite a bit with a CL13 pet and stick it in any body style. I would recommend you check the lowca galaxy trade forums to locate a lowca BE to help you out.
