Are the buffs usable for non pet crafting yet?

To the best of my knowlege, this is not even acknowleged as an issue by the devs. I know the correspondent has asked for clarification, but I think we have been left to read and re-read the release notes that indicate that the buff is for genetic crafting.


The common interpretation of that is that it was intended to only be for pet crafting, thus it is "working as intended".


I am not holding my breath on this one at all.
