...they are of the same type? i made a gurrcat that came out with Special Attack 1 as Medium Disease and Special Attack 2 as Strong Disease. Just wondering if these would "stack" if the pet hit with both, like a player hitting with a bleed type special followed by a stronger bleed type special. Could make for interesting possibilities if they do (and if I can duplicate how it was done).

Only way would be to test against a player, and see if they get they 'You've sustained more disease' message after spamming special 1 and special 2 til they both hit. You might also test spamming special 1 over and over to see if you can get multiples to stack. Combat medics using disease packs can stack multiples of the SAME disease, its not quite like bleeds. Pet disease of the same type (special 1 repeatedly) might stack also. As for usefullness, only in PvP, a PvE fight doesn't last long enough for the disease to matter and it has little impact on a creature with 10k HAM, but against a player with 3-4k HAM MAX (buffed), its a big deal.

The two Pistol bleeds stack, so I'd guessthose would (even though they are the "same" they are actually different).

Diseases are totally different from bleeds. A CM can stack 3 or moreof the same disease, and I've been multiple diseased by the same creature (same pool, added effect). The only way to figure this mystery out is spam special 1 and see how many times it stacks, then spam special 2 in the same fight and see if it adds more disease. Only a Player vs pet fight can determine this based on combat spam messages.
