So an even better question is should anyone be purchasing these pets. Is the impression that there is any chance that they will be left as is, or will there definately be some adjustment?

About 2-3 weeks ago I bought a Non-CH Gurreck (lvl 10) from a BE vendor on Corbantis. HAM was 7k health, 5k action, and 3k mind. After the recent patch he became invalid, but I just checked last night and I can use him again. His resists are all 23%. Now I thought he was too good to be true and bought him with the knowledge that he might be nerfed, butsince I can call him agian I have newfound hope. What is the opinion of the BE community on the future of this pet - will he be permanerfed on the next big patch? Or is there a glimmer of hope in the future...

Not that Sony has told anyone what the specific plan is, but I read somewhere that these pets may be "adjusted" by handing them to the same Creature Handler Vendor as before who "adjusted" all CL15 pets to CL10 pets after the last patch. Of course, that means the creature will be nerfed to death and prolly have 900 HAM with no resists.

Of course this is all conjecture, as Sony has yet to say anything definitive regarding the subject.

That pretty much sums it up, Blair has promised us a program to fix pets with invalid stats, but I don't have enything official yet on how this will work.
