i hear that master be's can make skillenhancing tissue for armor experimentation. Could you tell me what i would need to make one of these.I was told i need milk... but i would like to get the truth from you all.

I'm afraid you were misinformed. There are only 10-11 skills that we can make enhancements for and none of them are crafting skills. Our only enhancement that requires milk is for Creature Handlers.

Might wanna check your local vendors for Skill tapes (which are not produced by us) this game produces skill tapes to enhance *almost* anything but these are looted items and usually have to be lucky to find just what your looking for- altho most general shops sell a few... just shop around, find one and put it into some socketed clothing

also I forgot to mention- usually the bonuses are small- just like +1 or +2.. to the given area (ie: +2 to droid exp or +1 to pistol speed)
