I thought I'd find this info in the FAQ, but I didn't see it. How do we control the Special Attacks that a clone receives?

Put DNA with the same specials into both middle slots of the template. This has been how it worked out best for me.

Special attacks are weighted much like resistances, the dominate slot is Aggression. Secondly is psych and tertiary is mental. Generally though if you put the highest quality sample into agression then the specials will stick. We haven't recieved any solid information on this though and the pattern has been exceptionally hard to track down.

And agression is a factor in the armor calculation to right Tal-N? So you want light armor in physique and prowess and another in agression to get fortitude over 500, with experimentation. But now your saying i need a light armored creature with specials to match what im aiming for? I have some more testing to do myself. Made my first light armored beasts last night.

Armor is effected by fortitude, the dominant slot for that is psychique. Put simply the slots are weighted around 30% / 25% / 12% / 12% / 25% when it comes to the resistances (armor is classed as a resistance) so if you stick a single dna armor dna sample into physique then you'd only actually get 200 forititude as a base. Then if you stick none armor into the other slots which have the usual 200 fortitude then they'd only add up to 448. The fact is that if you want to get armor then you need a minimum of 500+ in physique and 300 in the others.

The lowest critter for that without armor is the boarwolf oddly enough. Technically if you took 4 boarwolf and one of any other armor critter then you should still get armor.
