im sorry if this sounds stupid but i just came back from a 3 month 'quit'so everything is almost new to me again.

i havent had a chance to actually craft anything yet. i know results are based on the OQ, FL, and PE of the resources plus experimentation.

i just want to know what are the best/max stats tissue wise. im seeing stuff like +13 and the like and i have no idea what is considered good or where it caps at per tissue. ive also seen people write like +17/+17 or +4/+17and have no clue what theyre talking about cause i only see one stat value?

any help for this confused BE will be greatly appreciated
