OK i relize these are the biggest critters we can sample and they are suppose to be hard, but i snuck up on several of them last night. Then i had about 40 sample attemts but they all failed. Am i doing something wrong here?

I'll throw in the standard make sure your backpack isn't full as well. There's no message letting you know your pack is full, you just get the failed message... we've all fallen victim to that at least once.

...ain't it the truth!!!!LOL--but yeah, sometimes with mutant rancors, it's a 1/40 chance of success for some reason--I myself have done 35 attempts in a row before getting a success--all without the mutant rancor aggroing once...whew!

Yes i am a master BE and had plenty of space in my backpack/inventory

Over the last two hours I've got close enough to make 21 sample attempts. 3 successes.

When the DW Bunker patch went live I could not sample MR's.
After Pulish 9 I was able to get 6 samples in about 3 hours.
