I was justy told by a guildy that it is now much easier to make 87% broad spectrum nanonutrients.
Is this true?
I have 1000s of additives on my server from 82-86% as well as 113-115% Intelligent nanonutrients?
Do I need to sell this off cheap as fast as I can now?

Your guildie was wrong. It's just as difficult now as it was one week ago to produce high quality tissues. (well, if you've got uber resources it's not difficult - getting the uber resources is what's difficult

yup your guildy was wrong...
only way to make +87's is to have the uber resources for it...
I just made my last run of +118 Inteligents, and a chef that I work with had the resources to make +88's..
just need to have the right resources

I make 200+ crates of additives a week and I haven't notice any difference in my experimentation results.

The limiting factor for all BE additives is resource quality, not experimentation points like it is for Artisan-tree crafters. You're going to max out your experimenting with 1 or 2 points left over no matter how good your resources are =) The only way they could make it easier to get +87 nutrients would be a) to increase the general quality of resources on the server or b) increase the maximum value you can experiment to

I make 57/87/117 tissues consistently with nice, but not "uber" resources....
