im curious tho, how many people are master BE / master ranger ? how often do you get agroed? im considering doing this but it would mean 18 SP left for combat skills... which is nothing. so, is this worth looking into?

imo Master Ranger is overkill for a BE - very nice, but overkill. For what we need pretty much Ranger0040 does the trick, even 0030 is workable.

I used to have 2040 Ranger and I miss it

The Camouflage line looks useful until you realise it's sort of a 'poor man's maskscent' - you make kits that you can apply to other people who don't have maskscent but it's great for helping to keep newbies alive when you're out group hunting. (Anyone remember when we used to do that - real groups? *sighs*)

With 0040 Ranger you get 61 points left over which can give you a reasonable defence (0430 Pistol is what I'd probably choose, nice accuracy, pistols are fast anyway and the ranged damage mitigation is handy - but you could also grab an equal amount of TKA)

Personally I changed to Bounty Hunter/BE last week because my MBH elsewhere proved to me how good the LLC is at killing most spawn quickly - and it tears lairs apart when you're in a hurry. It means I can hunt my own Scaley Hide/Avian Bone and other stuff that you don't find on the bazaar too often.

well ive read up on the whole master ranger thing and frankly it seems its more trouble then its worth, so i think i might just go master be / master scout / rifles 4044 (am currently master rifles). that ought to give me enough mask scent to go around...

havent seen jawa beer on sale anywhere, might have to order some.

With Master Scout(+100 MS)and two BE +maskscent (+25MS) clothing items you'll be capped and won't need jawa beer afaik. There was a Dev post somewhere saying that skills cap at 125.

I only have 4041 Scout now so I use the beer too

the jawa beer can stack on top of the BE clothes cap. BE clothes and SEAs have one +25 cap, food is a separate +25 (i think) cap so with +25 jawa beer you could have 150 maskscent =)

It's also a bannable offense called 'griefing' - seriously. Someone in my PA a month or two ago got a stiff warning letter after they were reported for doing exactly this.

Whether someone AFK tumbles or not is none of any other player's concern and interfering with their playstyle (even if you don't like it) is griefing...

bah let me elaborate since i've come under fire for it =)

i dont buff tumblers just to be mean - i buff tumblerswhen everyone is sitting around the med center AFK healingon macro to grind medic exp. It annoyed me when I was grinding doctor because there'd be 3 AFK healers for every tumbler, and none of them were tumbling themselves. So, if they're going to hog upthe altruism of players who tumble for the benefit of others, they take the risk that someone buffs the tumblers and they ended up getting 3 medic exp for every heal when they log back in =)

Awsome I love you!

I was trying all last week to find a GORAX to lead him to Coronet to wipe out the AFK Flea Market. No luck.

I moved to Corellia I have no vendor and I don't know the coords to my house, but it doesn't really matter cause all my pets are in the tool box, I may have some in space, but that doesn't really concern you either.

I do... I have been actively been trying to bring back the old ways... I am hoping to really do a lot once JTL comes I hope a lot of old and new join... I took a group of noobs out to the Squill Cave a couple weeks ago, they loved it. It was almost like old times, except no one had an oversized Gurek.
