Hi there. 
Yes it is possible to make a level 10 pet that is either a gurreck or razor cat. The razor cat can be made to look like a greater sludge panther with a lighter yellowish color choice. There is a thread called Find a BE vendor on your server! Here is a link to it:

I didn't see one for your server so maybe try posting a thread called "Looking to buy non CH gurreck/razor cat" in your server's Galaxy Trade forum. Hope that helps!

yes we can make non-ch Gurrecks but not sludge panthers. go see ur local BE.
