Ok I know there have been numerous posts about actually fishing. What I need to know is of those fishing where are someo fthe best locations( planet/city/ lake wise) to get some high quality fish from. I am on dantooine fishing and only getting a overall quality or 150 i think. If it possible to et higher and of so where. Fish are needed by the BE's to make stim d's. I very much would like to start providing these fish so my critters can get good heals without relying on a medic. thanks

So I'm taking up fishing, gonna make myself a house near a lake/river, and just fish. I was wondering where I should build the house though, ie what planet. Do Correllian fish taste better then Noobian, or would fishing at one of the few lakes on tatooine wield me the best fish for chefs? Please help me decide what planet I should put this retreat on and why. Thankyou

Fish are just like any other resource. It rotates out. Find some water and check out each planet (could be tricky on Tat). The OQ for a fish this week on Naboo could be low, but next week it may be high. When you catch a good quality - keep fishing there for awhile.

At least you're getting fish. Everywhere I've fished, I've gotten nothing

Not sure where the good fishing spots are, but I'd like to know that, too, so I'll go ahead and bump this.

Make sure you are using a quality rod (mine is 96). Also check the little star rating once you first cast, always fish where there is at least 4 stars. Avoid fishing in heavy vegetation.

Figure out your technique. For the most part it involves timing the moves to right before actions occur. Once you have a nibble, wait until the window is about to refresh and give it a tug, once you get Bite do the same thing, then when you get the Caught Something message hit reel in and hope for the best.

Nice tip, didn't know that, might give me something new to do

BTW, can anybody confirm the rumor I've heard multiple times now that people have caught FORCE CRYSTALS while fishing?
