I am a novice BE right now. Would it be better to start with learning the Engineering Techniques, or Clone/Tissue engineering.

Tissue Engineering first - this will enable you to grind your way up using MSN's (not sure what to grind after that, it's been a while.........- check the FAQ).

personally i did this:

Engineering techniques (reduces the amounts of failures), thus reducing grinding time

Tissues (grind BSNs)

Clone engineering.

up to you tho, getting BSNs early could be beneficial but i'm not sure if it works out better or not.
