I am in desperate search for BE clothing that will help me control higher lvl pets. I am on the Naritus server my name is Dzuari send me an email or a tell if I'm on and let me know if you sell any clothing that can do this.

There is no such thing, as I have to tell about a dozen CHs every week who send me /tells. The only item that a BE can create for a CH buffs Taming Wild Creatures and Taming Vicious Creatures. It does not increase total levels or total creatures.

...also what you need involves a good quantity of Milk so atm this will cost you a fortune, may be worth waiting till the next patch hits and the price drops.....

Although....

A Master CH only has +50 Taming Wild/Vicious Creatures. So if you got a +25 taming hat, you would gain a massive increase to your skill. +75

ALso, you may tame a wild creature that is CL70, but you cannot tame a vicious creature above CL60 without these clothes.

Any if so what is the max enhancmentit has?

Nothing works still. Posted a bug about that about half year ago, still not fixed.

I have +2 to additional pets, so in effect i should be able to summon 5 critters. Still cant go past 3.

Sony doesnt care about fixing CH bugs on this matter.

There are taming clothes for CH that helps you tame agressive creatures that are in your level range but too agressive for you to tame if you are a non-Wookiee, and increase your overall chances of a successful tame. There are also mask scent items which help with mask scent. Not directly a CH mod, but something that can be extremely useful to CH.
